Seller Release Notes 12/18: Two New Tools for Sellers

CREATE A CONTRACT FROM SCRATCH

Previously, sellers had no way to generate a contract unless it came from a proposal first. Now, sellers are able to create contracts with their inventory to create a record of inventory proposed outside of the DOmedia system.

From your Contract Dashboard, simply click Create New Contract.

Then you can type in the general details. You can also use the Fill From Historical feature to save time adding the inventory.

And then type in the contract inventory information. Click Save when done.

SELLER POWERPOINT DOWNLOAD FROM PROPOSAL

  Sellers now have many more options and features when exporting Powerpoint presentations. New features include layout options, background images, font choices, and more.  Start by going to My Proposals and clicking on Export.

You can choose between CSV, PDF, or PowerPoint. Click PowerPoint.

Choose the options that best fit your needs and then click Export.

Now you have your own customized PowerPoint presentation based on your proposal!

Vendor Spotlight: Premier Outdoor Media

DOmedia, the host to the largest database of OOH vendors in the US, is constantly encountering innovative vendors. In our Vendor Spotlight series, we attempt to highlight these companies and explain to you how they are pushing the industry forward. Today we’re focusing on Premier Outdoor Media.

downloadllllFounded in 2018, Premier Outdoor Media is an out-of-home advertising company with assets covering the region of Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. Their inventory, with over 300 static and digital displays, allows them to offer excellent coverage to local, regional, and national clients. Premier Outdoor Media is a growing company that is in acquisition mode with sights on expansion within their current footprint.

Their leadership team has decades of experience in media and advertising. Dominick Vastino, the CEO, is an entrepreneur in media and real estate with over eleven years in the out-of-home industry. Sean Corbett, the President of Sales & Marketing, has over twenty years of sales experience working with local, regional, and national advertisers.

When asked what makes the company unique, Corbett says:

“We’re a boutique company with excellent inventory that covers very hard to reach areas. We pride ourselves on the partnerships we develop in helping build our customers brand awareness.”

DOmedia, the host to the largest database of OOH vendors in the US, is constantly encountering innovative vendors. In our Vendor Spotlight series, we attempt to highlight these companies and explain to you how they are pushing the industry forward. Today we’re focusing on Reach More Group.

Founded in 2015, Reach More Group offers an indoor network of digital place-based screens called Kiosicle in the Los Angeles area. Their displays follow people through their day to day lives. From doctor’s offices to restaurants, they offer a wide variety of locations to deliver your message to the right consumer.

They offer clients the ability to advertise directly to the type of consumer they want to reach through their Kiosicle network. It offers a blank canvas of creative potential to break through the clutter and hold people’s attention, wherever they work, shop, travel, and play.

Reach More Group was founded by JJ Ayala and Chris Hammond. Both bring unique value and years of experience to the company. JJ has 30 years in content creation, broadcasting advertising sales and marketing research. Chris has over 30 years of experience in software engineering.

Our Top 5 Spookiest Billboards

This week, the BillboardsIn blog took a look at five of the spookiest billboards.

With just the title of the movie, the theater date and a single image of Michael Myers, the advertisement is eye-catching and creates excitement for the movie. Michael Myers is iconic and the Halloween franchise is a classic and the billboard reflects this. This billboard creates buzz for the movie as well as the Halloween season.

Tech Update: Your proposals are having a Kodak moment

You can now easily submit high-quality images from your proposals and help refresh your image gallery in the DOmedia marketplace. Watch the video or follow the steps below to learn how!


To start, fill out the proposal grid in DOmedia as usual. Next, click Save for Later. Then, click Update Images.

Next, you will see a new pop-up showing every row in the proposal with any images in the gallery already associated with each unit.

If there are multiple images, you can pick your favorite image. You can click Upload to upload a new one.  You no longer need an inventory number for an image to show on your proposal; they’ll be right there when you upload it. Click Set as Main Image on Inventory box to replace the main image. Your old image will still be there, but now it’s in the second slot.

Once everything is good, scroll down and click Update Images. When you see the green success message, you can close the pop-up box.

You can now click Update Images to see which images are now associated with each inventory in this proposal. Click Show Missing to see which units are still missing images. Click Save and Submit or proceed to the 3rd step of the RFP process.
